I’ve always thought a good real estate agent should be able to break each part of a transaction, no matter how complicated, into easy to understand pieces for a client. I particularly enjoy being able to prepare my client for the common ups, downs, and uncertainties associated with particular types of deals. The most satisfying times in the business for me occur when a buyer or seller approaches a transaction feeling apprehensive or overwhelmed and is able to get up from the table (or end the late night phone conversation) confident and assured their goals will be met. I draw upon my knowledge and experience to help each of my clients, as varied as their needs and resources are, find the best possible solutions to their real estate investments.
